酒学院目前的教师队伍来自海内外，教师均具有硕士以上学历（学位）,其中酒店与旅游学院负责人教师均具有海外学历；各专业负责人均具有高级职称并有丰富的高职教育教学经验；全体专任教师年龄36岁，是一支充满活力和敬业精神专业队伍,学院还面向酒店与旅游管理专业特聘一批资深的高管和高级技师组成的实操教师团队，对学生的实训，实习进行专业指导和考评。
Guangdong vocational college of hotel management service industry and matured matured vocational teaching system in Dongguan City；hotel and tourism management college has offer 4 specialties which are hotel management, tourism management, Catering management, MICE Planing and management .The current facilities of the colleges are from both home and abroad with master or above degree, in which the lectures of Hotel Management Department all have overseas learning experience. The faculty is a devoted professional team full of vitality with an average age of 36 years old. The college also recruits a team of experienced executives and senior technicians from tourism and hotel industry to instruct and assess practical training.

郭建涛：硕士，讲师，经济师，毕业于中山大学管理学院，擅长组织结构设计、薪酬管理和绩效考核等理论实务，有一定工作经验和具有双师素质，主讲经济学、管理学和人力资源管理等课程，现为我院酒店管理专业专任教师。
Guo Jiantao, master of Sun Yat-sen University management college,
He has a good work experience and the qualities of both engineering and teaching, the main project is economics and management, human resource, he is good at Organization Structure Design, payment management, and performance appraisal. Guo Jiantao is a full-time teacher in our college.
